Birthday Wishlist (UPDATED)

My birthday is on the 31st of January, just so you know. I got a bunch of things I wanna have, but I'll be material this time. Wishes for safety, blessings, health, and all abstract stuff - I'll leave it to God. For material wishes, I'll ask them from YOU.

1. Any Canon or Nikon DSLR

My SONY Cyber-shot DSC-H7 point-and-shoot camera got dysfunctional last Christmas. It has already served me for years. Got it when I was in 4th year high school, now I'm a 4th year college. I have been dying to own a DSLR. Right now, a point-and-shoot camera will do, as long as it has some DSLR properties. But, I really want a DSLR, just for beginners. I would gladly accept a Canon 1100D or a Nikon D3100. They are the most affordable DSLR for beginners.

2. Portable Speakers

Anyway, portable speakers are available in CD-R King stores or any PC stores. I think they're affordable too, starting at P300.

3. Shoes

I have been rooting to own a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Lita and Doc Martens boots, but they are too expensive so inspired shoes will do.

4. Clothes

I want dresses, clothes, pants, or shorts with aztec or tribal prints. I don't know, any clothes will do, even thrifted.

5. Book

I need to have The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. I just want this book so much. I have to have it.

6. Fan signs
@PaoloParaiso kuya pao fan sign nmn nanalo k nmn ng bb eh like this one o my name is rozenda pls Ty Ty po

I want a fan sign from my favorite fashion bloggers, especially Camille Co and Danika Navarro. It should say, at least, Happy Birthday Mars.

7. Big Bang Album or Concert DVD
Big Bang's comeback will be on February, so their album will be up next month. Their Big Show concert will also be on March. Months after, their concert DVD will be released. B to the I to the G! BANG!

8. Lakers or Kobe Bryant items

Anything Lakers, anything Kobe Bryant, I would happily accept.

9. Food

Please, will someone treat me to La Marea and buy me mochi ice cream balls and macarons?

10. Tour/Trip/Travel
Please, will someone sponsor my out-of-the-country trips? Hongkong with Macau trip will do, for now.

11. Contact Lens

Right now, My Colorful Eyes has an on-going sale until my birthday! All contact lenses are only P500! Awesome sauce!

12. Varsity Jacket

I want a Laker-ish varsity jacket, so the color would be purple & yellow. The letter would be G at the front and back. The number would be 24 at the sleeve. Mhuy Femenina would PM the price and details if you'll inquire.

13. Satchel

This Laker-ish satchel from Serial Apparel drives me cray cray! I want this so bad.

14. Laptop Sleeve

I know my laptop is a crazy b*tch. It's just 5 months old and it's been acting up. In fact, I have submitted it for repair, already. My laptop is so frustrating. I am so malas with my choices. Anyway, despite that, I still wanna protect it from scratches and stuff when I travel. I still love my laptop.

15. Phone

My current phone has been acting up. It has already served me for two years, so I understand. I need a new one. Although I want an iphone, it's too expensive. I want a smartphone, and the affordable one is the Blackberry Curve 8520. Sun Cellular has a Blackberry Plan 999. Cash-out for the phone is free.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

That is all! Wheeew! Whatta long birthday wishlist. If I can't have them for my birthday, I can have them for my graduation. Masyado lang naman akong demanding. But, for graduation, I'll ask for something huge - car! If not a car, I wanna transfer to a new house in the city. Although it's highly unlikely to be granted, I will still try to ask. I'm up for negotiation (with my father goose). TEEHEE

THANK YOU!

Teach Me How To Dougie

So, this is the fun, cray cray video we made that I mentioned in Chocolate Cake Gangsters.
Tombs Society is fun and crazy like that.
We don't really know how to dougie. Forgive us.
So, will you teach us how to dougie?

xx,
TombSoc

Chocolate Cake Gangsters

Attacked Grace's crib yesterday as it was their fiesta. I was overwhelmed with the various food plated on the table. Inasal (lechon baboy), anyone? Cochinillo (spanish term) is one my favorite food. That's why I'm a pig, myself. You can call me a cannibal for eating my own kind. I'm wrong, though, because cannibalism involves eating human flesh. Oh well, I'm cray cray.

We had so much fun yesterday night. We ate the Red Ribbon chocolate cake in a lightning flash. Our craziness actually centered on the chocolate icing.

DISCLAIMER:
JUST PLAYING AROUND. DON'T TAKE THESE SERIOUSLY. NO ONE WAS INJURED.

We made a fun, cray cray video - Teach Me How To Dougie. Thus, the gangster vibe.

Do we pass as gangsters?
Girls just wanna have fun (and funds). TEEHEE!
Love Tombs Society!
Check out our youtube channel - TombSocCHANNEL.
Waiting for our "Teach me how to dougie" video to be uploaded.
LOL. kina-career?

P.S. We have a new BOY in the family! Yay! Thank you, Lord!
My eldest sister, Lovelie, gave birth today of a fat, baby boy - 8.1 pounds! They say he's got my eyes. Awwww. I think I'll be able to see him this summer. They're in Mindanao, while I'm in Cebu. Looking forward to see my new nephew. I bet he is super cute, as my ate Lovelie was sooooooo cute when she was a baby. My Mama's officially a granny. haha. Thank you, God. Jesus, be with the baby.

Of Delicious Food and Sweet Friends: Le Cafe Noir, Cebu

We can already smell the breeze of graduation - gradpic plans, to job entry symposiums, to interview exit. Due to the new school day system implemented (or should I say experimented) in the main campus this semester, we, the lucky ones, don't have classes on Fridays. Awesome, right? However, we looked like we had a class today walking around in our lousy school uniform. I am against wearing school uniform, because I really look ridiculous, disgusting, and revolting in our school uniform. I'm not exaggerating. I really do.

Anywhoo, we went to the school today because the graduating students are mandated to attend the Job Entry Symposium. Even though we had no class, we had to wear the school uniform, which really sucks, but I can't do anything about that. About the symposium, it was fun. I learned and I had a good, loud laugh at the same time. The guest speaker has humor. He has already written three books, and he's a former DJ. DJ Rico Ryan? He works in Lingo 24. I forgot his name, though. It starts with J. J blah Baictan, Bactian, B blah? JB initials. haha. I like speakers like that. I'm a sleeper, so if I'm not sleeping during a speaker's speech, plus points if I'm laughing hard, that only means the speaker is awesome... so awesome that he's worthy of my bow.

We went to Le Cafe Noir after the symposium (didn't finish it, went out during the break hush hush). It's my friend Santi's coffee shop. We had a good dine. All their food are sumptuous and affordable. I ordered Grilled Porkchop worth P95. My friends ordered Fish Fillet and Buttered Chicken worth P90 each serving - all already served with rice. Flavored Iced Tea (hazelnut, spicy mango, almond, strawberry, green apple, etc.) is worth P30. Santi was so good to us that he gave us free desserts! A slice of red velvet cake and that yummy chocolate cake. Oh! A peanut mocha frappuccino, too. Sooooo tasty! Le Cafe Noir is simply amazing. I love the ambiance and the service. It was my second time there, and they didn't fail to live up to my expectation. I was as satisfied as the last time I was there.

Sinulog 2012

VIVA PIT SENYOR!

Sinulog Festival is celebrated every third Sunday of January in honor of Sto. Niño, the baby Jesus. However, as it is a festival, people don't only gather around the Sto. Niño Basilica to pray, but also go out to the streets to party. It's always the same scenario, like Christmas. People love to party, so Jesus is not only the focus. We are superficial like that. We can't take that against people.

I'm sorry to say that I only attended the novena once. I'm not really a novena completer. I did not even complete the Misa de Gallo last year. I'm a sloth. Believe me.

Come Sinulog day, Page 15 of 366, Grace, Jel, and I braved all the obstacles for us to celebrate Sinulog together. It all went down to the three of us, because our other friends celebrated it with their families. Our Sinulog celebration was not all streets. Instead of partying at Baseline, where all the fun probably centered, we chose to stay at Ayala. We spent the afternoon at the streets watching some awesome street dance and stuff, but it was too crowded and hot, so we went back to Ayala. I wanted to go all-out crazy at Baseline, but I'm a sloth and comfort is my best friend. I could not stand the heat, the skin-to-skin contact, the mosh pit, the dirty-eeky paints, the sweat, the beer shower, and all those woodstock-like situation. I wasn't ready for that on that day. Some may mistake my laziness for being KJ, but hell no, I'm not. I love to have fun, my laziness is just too overpowering. Another new year resolution failure.

at the streets. Spot Pitbull.

Sinulog day was a restaurant-hopping day and GASTRONOMY! We went to SIX food shops - Tsim Sha Tsui, JCA, Dessert Factory, Chocolatier, Starbucks, and Shabu Way. Tempting food is just tempting. We love our tummies too much, but we hurt our wallets. All empty at the end of the day. We also went to Formo at BTC.

at Tsim Sha Tsui

at Dessert Factory. Bryan is handsome. haha

Chocolatier

with the fashionable Dale

at Shabu Way. Thanks to Momsi.

Jel and I's achievement. LOL

Forgive us for the low-quality photos. All were taken using our camera phones. Something is weirdly wrong with our cameras, so we didn't bring them. Relied to our ever trusty camera phones instead. My camera phone also went crazy on that day, it changed its settings by its own. That won't stop us. I love Sinulog and I love my friends!

It's fun in Cebu.
It's more fun in the Philippines.
